REZBUILD consortium brings together 13 Partners from 5 different countries as clearly emerges from the participants list. The consortium is composed by the balanced and harmonious collaboration of international entities represented by big industries, SMEs, consultancy firms, RTD centres, public bodies, users associations and academic institutions.

Officinæ Verdi Group, created by UniCredit in Joint Venture with WWF, in the last years of activity has arranged investments for about 100 M€ in circular economy and energy efficiency operations. The Group has consolidated a high level of competence and know-how in the energy efficiency field for all business sectors such as real estate, infrastructures, retail, industrial and manufacturing, sport, smart cities, becoming the strategic partner of market leaders at national and international level.

OV | Group® green business model allows sustaining a wide range of activities in the energy sector: energy supply, energy audit, green engineering, investments’ planning, due diligence, works construction and supervision, building management and control through IoT platforms and ‘green’ certifications achievement.

Finally OV | Group® is advisor for large projects financed by the European Commission such as Smart City and Energy Efficiency Buildings projects.

OVERDI will be the coordinator of REZBUILD, leading the project management activities, as well as the interaction with the EC (WP10). OVERDI will also lead on performances monitoring (WP5), profitability analysis and investment model definition (WP6). In WP1 OVERDI will support the definition of technical and financial KPIs as well as of LCC indicators.

VIAS belongs to one of the world’s largest construction and services groups (ACS group), with construction projects in over 30 countries worldwide and 86% of its revenues coming from regions outside Europe. With over 85 years’ experience in construction sector, VIAS has been working in additive manufacturing technology for construction activities since 2014. This work has been focused in different R&D projects: PRINT’NBUILD, 3DCONS & HINDCON.

As Construction expert, VIAS will lead the development of the façade 3DP (WP2) and WP1, WP4. VIAS will also be responsible for the standardization assessment (T9.3.). Having a leading role from a technical point of view, VIAS will chair the Project Office, providing technical support to the coordinator.

Wide experience in research and development of solutions oriented to building renovation. CARTIF participation in international activities is promoted through the International Projects Department and has been materialised in the current participation in 32 on-going international projects.

CARTIF will lead WP2 thanks to its experience in a wide range of industrial fields. During WP2, CARTIF will collaborate with VIAS in the development of the 3DP technology. CARTIF will also be responsible for LCA.

Research and technology transfer are transverse at ESTIA. ESTIA counts with solid knowledge in modelling and simulating electrical behaviour of systems, in the interoperability of the systems and end-users-systems interactions.

ESTIA will lead the development of the BIM Ecosystem (WP3) providing its experience in control software and data management. ESTIA will collaborate with VIAS in the development of the 3DP technology (ST2.1.1) and will be the main responsible of the BEMs development (T2.4). Additionally, ESTIA will also lead T2.1 and T6.1, and will be in charge of IPR (T9.2) and DMP (WP3).

CTVI together with VIAS will be in charge of the implementation of the Spanish demonstration. In T5.3 CTVI will be in charge of the organisation of the global demonstrator, collecting information on performance, and gathering the monitored results for the related statistical analysis. As regional government, CTVI will be crucial for the user-engagement.

At the heart of the Saint Gobain Group’s strategy, R&D comprises 3,700 people, 8 cross-business research centres worldwide and an investment of 434 million euros in 2015. SG-Placo protects its knowledge with National, European and International Patents/Utility Models.

PLACO will have a leading role in both insulation and envelope technologies development phase (ST2.1.3.). They will also collaborate in the tasks related to the compiling and processing data for the BIM Ecosystem within their expertise field, regarding insulation and modular prefabricated systems.

ONYX has a wide experience in the development and manufacture of BIPV solutions based mainly in a-Si and c-Si technologies.

As one of the key technology providers and technical expert in BIPV, ONYX will have a very relevant role on WP2 where they will lead the BIPV development, and the T2.3.

SINTEF will lead WP7 contributing with experience within the areas of evaluation methodologies and technology transfer. SINTEF will also be involved in Demo Scenario 2, which will be settled in Norway, and will lead the definition of the training and education program within WP8.

OBOS main contribution will be in WP4, providing a rehabilitation project as Demo Scenario 2. OBOS will also provide with a powerful platform for the exploitation and dissemination of results. Additionally, on its role of users association, it will have a relevant role on end-user engagement.

The UNOTT has over 20 year experience in heat pump and solar collector systems. The main IPR protections are: Patent applications to cover the new SAHP.

UNOTT will lead energy simulation and modelling (T3.1) and will develop and advanced SAHP in WP2. UNOTT will also contribute to WP4 and WP5. In addition, as academia partner, UNOTT will also contribute to the dissemination, training & social assessment tasks (WP8).

Wide experience in the development of IoT, product development and heating elements. 100% of the IP rights and ownership is from EXPLODED.

As a technology provider and HVAC expert, EXPLODED will develop the advance HVAC systems by radiative floors (WP2). Data collection and management is an intricate part of their systems, thus they will also collaborate in WP5.

RIMOND will lead the BIM development (WP2, WP3). At a later time it will collaborate with VERDI on the design development of the Italian Demo.
